My recent two-day business stay at western court in panchkula was nothing short of a nightmare. I'm baffled by the high ratings this hotel has received, as my experience was abysmal from start to finish. The hotel's age and poor maintenance were glaringly obvious. Light fixtures were precariously hanging from the walls, and the end tables were so damaged they were rendered useless. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as evidenced by the thick layer of dust coating the fabric headboard. Comfort and convenience were non-existent: first, the air conditioner's temperature control was broken, secondly, the bathroom lacked hot water for showers and finally, the toilets struggled to flush properly. The restaurant was equally disappointing. The morning breakfast fell far below expectations. Given the exorbitant prices charged by western court, i strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative accommodations. This hotel fails to deliver even the most basic comforts and services one would expect from a reputable establishment.

The tone of front office staff wasn't good rude many times on the first day there was a alive centipede in the washroom seat then there were ticks like red worms on the bed and wall adjacent to the wall the water bottle given to me was having white particles floating in it the bathroom flush was not working for the entire stay on the last day of my stay somebody entered my room without my permission and smoked there when i came back from the office whole room was filled with cigarette smell and your staff kept arguing.

Hotel staff was very rude. Room was not clean as it should be. Someone from hotel staff used my room in my absence. I asked hotel staff to check cctv but they straight away denied. Very pathetic experience with western court panchkula.
